Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring your happiness with your purchase.

However, we understand that you may want to return items for one reason or another.

Our return policy is highlighted below.

Returns Policy

Orders are eligible for a return, if they are unused and in the same condition that you received it.

They must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be received by us within 14 days from the day delivered.

All items are shipped via our fulfilment partner, but please do not send it back to that address.

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of your returns and all costs relating to them must be covered by you. Please ensure you keep all postal receipt as proof of your return. We would advise you to use track & sign delivery service as proof that your order has been sent.

We have no way of guaranteeing your returns.

Once your return has been received it will be inspected by a member of our team.

After which you will be notified of either approval or rejection of your return by email.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to info@greenztees.com.

Discount codes
All offer codes are applied as specified to the order or individual products, excluding delivery costs. All discounted items are subject to our general store policies. The offer code must be entered in to the Voucher Code field at checkout and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.

Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.

We will NEVER share your private information with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any stage.
